In this module you will learn:
- proper, deep breathing and how to start using and connecting with different muscles of the breathing system. This is the foundation for further Pranayama, breathing practice.
- to open up the whole body and all systems (nervous, respiratory, cardiovascular, muscular – system etc. ) This opens up the energy systems in the body as well.
Only proceed to the next Pranayama technique when you have mastered the previous Pranayama technique.
