Self-care is not just about getting a massage from time to time or going on vacation.
Self-care is a practice and it needs to happen daily, just like brushing your teeth! Every day take some time every day to take care of mind and heart as well. You can only give what you have. So if you have inner peace, kindness and connection within, you can share that with others also.  If you take care of yourself, you are able to take care of others better.
In order to nurture the health of our mind, body, and soul, we need ways to recenter and restore. We need these in short spurts throughout the day, and also longer stretches.
The thing about self-care is that it is a practice that requires you to choose to do it. It will not happen unless you intentionally make space for it. But the result is worth the effort. With a bit of self-care, you can experience more joy, rest, and soul-healthTogether we can grow, together we make a better and conscious world.

If you feel Anxiety or Stress, deep breathing is one of the best ways to lower stress in the body. This is because when you breathe deeply, it sends a message to your brain to calm down and relax. The brain then sends this message to your body. Those things that happen when you are stressed, such as increased heart rate, fast breathing, and high blood pressure, all decrease as you breathe deeply to relax.
You can do them whenever you want, and you don’t need any special tools or equipment to do them.
